Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your member dashboard and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method of your choice to ensure safe delivery and confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned materials, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
